No, they are not helpful because I still get into my account and no one has told me when to except my order. They have one more week and I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau on them. They took the money out of my account as soon as I placed my order. I am very disappointed in Wish.com.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Link to this ReviewI placed an order on 7/20/18. I've sent Wish.com numerous emails about my confirmation number (that I didn't receive) and when should I receive my order. They keep giving me the runaround, and I spent $169.36. So I will never order from them again. I will give it a few weeks to see if they shipped my order, and if not, I'm going to report them to the BBB and file a case on them.
