Thus far, I first noticed a calmer me when driving in Houston, Texas (yes, believe it). I even felt as if I had more energy after the first week. Then I had to go out of town for a few days, like 10 of them. I forgot to pack it. I noticed a big drop in energy working cell towers in Alabama. I get back home this week and am looking to start taking again. I plan to give one to my nephew in Waco, Texas.
