I started the powder on June 12th of 2018 and the results have been slow, a half a pound a week, but that is okay because I don't want to lose it too fast! I only need to lose 20 lbs to reach my goal. There is no sugar taste in the powder when I drink it, which is great, but unfortunately, I cannot add fruit to make a nice smoothie right now. No fruits, fruits are like candy. I am really taking this seriously because at my age (57), I want to look and feel great! I have noticed no more bloating or cravings, which is astounding!
The only grief I have is the price. I live on a budget from week to week and I don't make a big salary, so I can't afford the powder all the time on a regular basis. Other than that, I think it truly works and I may see results if I keep losing a half a pound a week, even without working out 7 days a week. I have no regrets, and I even bought your book.
