I’ve only been taking this for one month but can absolutely tell a difference. And the taste is pretty good. I’ve tried others before, but the taste is terrible. With ActivatedYou I just drink it down and get my day started. I will continue with this probiotic and see if it gets better. I will get back with you and let you know how my experience goes. 30 days is a trial, 90 days is a treatment.
