I wasn't sure what to expect when I started the Morning Complete. After taking it for a couple of weeks, I began feeling better and less bloated. I've been on it a month now, and even though my diet is not very good, I still feel better and have more energy. I get good exercise every day. I continue to fast every morning (except for two cups of chickory blend coffee with milk and sugar). I do eat a fast food lunch, but a well-balanced home-cooked meal is how I end my day. I'm going to continue taking the Morning Complete, and I do expect to see additional benefits over time as I try to do better with my diet.
