I use it twice a day. Morning and before bed. I can see pink skin on the bottoms of my feet first time in nearly two years. I have bought everything on the market that advertises to rid feet of calluses. None of these worked, so I decided to try FootMedix after watching a video. I can honestly say it has done more for my feet than all the other stuff. I have recommended it to one of my friends.
