I have a few spots on my face; it has started to lighten the spots, but also softens the tissue or skin of the face. I have very dark spots on my arms, and they too have started to lighten.
If I had a preference, I would ask for a non-scented cream, and I would definitely give you the extra star! I enjoy the product very much.
