I recently purchased Vital Reds hoping to enjoy all the good things promoted by Dr. Gundry. While I am optimistic about the long-term benefits, there is one I experienced soon and unexpectedly.
And that is the end of discomfort and sometimes sharp sudden pain in my left hip.
Previously I self-medicated using Ibuprofen and analgesic rubs. I received noticeable improvement from daily collagen powder. Finally, an X-ray and consulting an Orthopedist got me on turmeric supplements to ease the inflammation, but the pain lingered.
Taking Vital Reds daily, I am now 99.5% pain-free, and back to playing softball (age 68) without any hesitation or reservations.
