As per their customer service, the berry ingredients are natural. I would not know what other kind berries could be unnatural? I tried to find out if the berries, which are products of USA, are grown organically or conventionally. My concern would be the pesticide content of non-organic berries.
I purchased three jars, but don't feel comfortable to re-order. Rather buy pesticide-free produce locally.
