Results are seen in about thirty plus days. Existing digestive conditions subsided. A small reduction in my weight has come about. An increase in water consumption is recommended. I also recommend a rethinking of one's dietary habits. A reduction of sugar-laden foods, higher protein intake, and fiber, as in fresh vegetables. Although regular exercise is not fully a part of my daily routine yet, it can only increase weight loss, stamina, and overall health and wellbeing.
