I am 5.3 feet tall and weigh 231 lbs.
I took one bottle's worth so far, and if I take two pills 3 times a day, consistently, then I have very little to no appetite, and it helps regulate my BM. Also, it gives me a little boost of energy to help me get through the long work day.
Since I didn't really change what I was eating (ie. processed foods, fast foods, pop, alcohol etc.) and since I was basically sedentary, I did not have any weight loss yet. But it definitely makes me feel good.
Now, next month, next bottle, I am changing what I am eating (whole, natural, organic foods) and I am adding 30 min walks, yoga and figure 8 Cardio workouts to my routine. We will see what happens.
