Not only have I experienced a 5 lb weight loss that would not break thru before, but a change in eating habits that I could not give up. I gave up ice cream and don’t miss it. I added carrots and apple slices as a good source of fiber for my sweet tooth cravings. I drink water, 64 oz, throughout the day for hydration. I have tempered my consumption of my favorite ginger chews. And I am maintaining my weight loss. I am thrilled with the results. When you lose two lbs, you stay motivated to lose more. This happened after 30 days on the program.
