Since taking Primal Plants, I have not had any problems with colds, flu or sinusitis. I have to say that I also take the Vital Reds every morning.
I always had a low immune system but not anymore! I love coffee, but that isn't even the first thing in the morning anymore.
The first thing in my morning is my Primal Plants and Vital Reds drink now! The Primal Plants drink has a green apple flavor. I like it because it is easy to swallow, not thick nor grainy like other green drinks. I actually look forward to my Primal Plants drink!
