I started using Vital Reds about a month ago. I would take the supplement every morning before I went to work. It took about two weeks before I realized I had more energy, less pain, and better sleep. I weighed myself because I noticed my face looked thinner and my "love-handles" were going away. Although my weight has not significantly changed, I must have replaced fatty tissue with increased muscle mass. I do feel stronger and more motivated. I am 62 years old, and I found an old photo when I was in the Navy, and I am thinner now than I was back then. As a result, I am more optimistic about my health and enthusiastic to see the results in the future. This is an awesome product!
