I was fighting 15 pounds of stubborn abdomen weight that was making it difficult to fit into clothes. I was generally eating properly EXCEPT that I had a very hard to control sugar and empty carb craving that "attacked" in the evening hours. It was really tough to control.
Nucific Bio X4 works quite well to help me fight those oh-what-the-heck cravings. I do need to anticipate the cravings and take one or two BioX4 capsules with a full 16oz bottle of water. This does a nice job of letting me feel relief from the cravings and if I still want to munch- well, fresh broccoli actually does a good job for me. Sugar and salty chips etc are killers.
