Since my teenage years, I have had problems with my thyroid. My metabolism is much slower than most other people enjoy. When I hit menopause, I lost the hormones that supported my thyroid. I gained 50 pounds in two years, while I was working out 5 days a week, and eating very carefully. Bio X4 has changed my life. Over the last two months I have lost 10 pounds.
