I also bought their book on Amazon called Diet Revolution. It pretty much has an explanation of how hormones, genes and the chemistry of the body works with food choices, supplements, etc.
I am 68 years old and not overweight, yet muscular from years of working out. I don't smoke or drink, and eat well (and never fast foods). I travel a lot for work and try to choose foods carefully. I have one of those old Aerobic ideas from the Fit or Fat book by Covet Bailey that explains nutrition on a cellular level. These days I am just trying to hold onto my youth a bit longer. I suppose the Vital Reds will help, and I do feel a boost in energy.
