I've been taking Vital Reds for a little over a month. Already I've seen improvement in my general health and appearance.

I was surprised by the beautiful deep red color this grayish powder turns when mixed with water. The little scoop that comes in the can makes measuring just the right amount a cinch. I'm signed up for a monthly subscription, and like Old Faithful, the new can comes in the mail when the old can is used up. I find it very convenient and economical.

The delightful berry taste blends well with yogurt and even with my whey protein, brewer's yeast, turmeric and kelp mixture that I drink each morning. I really look forward to taking it, but it's not addictive like candy. That tiny dose satisfies my appetite.

I'm 58 years old, and people keep telling me how great I look. My skin is smooth and blemish-free. My dark spots are fading, and my formerly fungal toenails are starting to grow in pink. I am a healthy, lean weight for my height, and I maintained this weight through the holiday season despite enjoying my share of homemade cookies. I'm known in my family for having sweet teeth, but lately, I've found it easier to moderate intake of my beloved refined carbs.

I seem to need less sleep than before, I have better focus throughout the day, and my energy does not flag, though I work at a highly physical job. People to the left and right of me are dropping with colds and flu, yet I remain untouched.
