The jury is still out, but I have just started my second bottle of Vital Reds.
I drink it prior to any other food or coffee in the morning. I start my day with it along with several other vitamins that are part of my normal routine. I would suggest that at this point, the changes that I am experiencing are subtle and I have not noticed any difference to my skin or sleep patterns. I would say that I am drinking less coffee and have fewer caffeine cravings.
I will continue to use it for the next several months to see if it truly makes a difference. I wonder if I should combine it with certain fruits or veggies for a smoothie in the morning and if that would make a difference?
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
