Gundry Reds continues to be an interesting experience. I am an energetic 62-year-old, very young hearted and spirited man. So, I was not suffering from low energy. I've carried belly fat since I was 35 years old, I now have NonAlcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, I am not diabetic and I am 40 pounds overweight with BMI of 30.

After taking Gundry Reds my urine turned CLEAR within 24 hours. Now one month later, my urine is a very milky-light chiffon yellow.

I urinate more often each day since taking Gundry MD Vital Reds. Mentally my brain is super alert and my memory recall and focus have notably improved.

I also drink Bolthouse Cherry juice which is 200% of everything including every vitamin from B1 through B12. Now taking Gundry a month, I feel notably calmer.

I have lost and kept off 3 pounds and I am hoping to break 200 during month 3. In 4 months I get a new sonogram and hope to see Liver improvement.

I am happy with my purchase of 90 days of Gundry Reds. Ingesting polyphenols into your diet is excellent for anybody and your results are going to be personal.

The benefits outweigh the cost. Two months ago I stopped ingesting Soy milk (Estrogen) and switched to unsweetened almond milk (Leptin), I also take a super-Leptin supplement, I've been taking Gr8-Dophilus 8 strain enteric coated probiotics for 10 years, Glucosamine & Chondroitin and low-dose aspirin daily.

I consume pork & fish, high fiber diet (40-60g/day) I enjoy Dannon OIKOS Triple Zero yogurt because of each 5.3oz only 6g sugar, 6g fiber, and 15g protein. Great math! I look forward to writing Dr. Gundry 6 months from now and the life-changing results I am expecting.
