I am very interested to have a blood cholesterol level done soon to see if these pills have decreased my HDL and my total cholesterol levels as suggested. I have taken them for 1 1/2 months now. I am in the medical field, as a medical secretary, so am very interested in improving my health. I am a healthy 61 year old and keep active daily, but high cholesterol runs in my family on my dad's side. Mia mama, is 99 years old and is a healthy Italian mama.
