It was amazing for me to be able to message my therapist between sessions. In the beginning, it was hard to open up in sessions, but I could write things out. Without this option, I'm not sure I would have stayed connected long enough to have made the progress I did. I reduced messaging as I became more comfortable in sessions and could talk more openly.
I do wish there was a maintenance package that once you've met your goals you could reduce your membership to have less sessions per month and possibly limited messaging.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
