I started drinking a morning cup of MUD as an iced latte, mixed exactly as directed, daily. After about a week, I had to stop drinking it due to such severe stomach cramping where I ended up in the ER one night and the effects lasted for weeks. I even had an EGD performed by a GI because symptoms were so bad for so long. I didn’t have any idea it was caused by the MUD, and I thought it was completely unrelated…until this week. I haven’t had any stomach issues for about a month now, resumed a normal diet, drank MUD two days in a row and suddenly all of my horrible stomach cramps and bloating and intense pain are back! Could be a coincidence, but I’m not testing it to find out. No more MUD for me!
