I read very good reviews about BetterHelp and decided to give it a try. I’m so pleased with how it’s turned out for me. I have been matched with an amazing therapist. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to answer questions and fill out the forms. This truly has been BetterHelp for me, rather than finding a therapist in person.
