Whenever I thought about having to find a new therapist I’ve always dreaded the process and the interviewing and all the effort that was necessary to get into it. BetterHelp has brought that process to the internet and I feel as though I am now part of the process to find my therapist. For me, the first one was the charm. I’m sure there are others that have to go through multiples but at least it’s not like starting over if the person doesn’t fit and you both agree that you don’t fit then you can move on to the next one and it’ll do the same thing. Just remember, you’re in charge and this person really is your employee first and everything after that is what grows as you go through therapy.
