My time with my therapist has been by far the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. She is highly educated and has years of experience to back her up. I’ve never felt led astray by her words. She always makes me feel better and I wholeheartedly believe she truly wants to see me succeed in my mental health journey. There’s no doubt she listens, understands, and makes her recommendations tuned toward me. Which I find to be an incredibly special skill set. I know she is talking to me with her advice and it directly relates to me. Not just something spoken from a book. I have come further in my journey to better mental health with my therapist than with anything else I’ve ever tried. I’m so happy to have someone who cares, like genuinely cares.
