I’m not very tech-savvy, and I was able to use it with ease. I thought I might need to switch therapists a few times before landing on one I thought was a good fit, but I felt comfortable with Jaunice Foust right away. But the app makes it easy to switch if you feel the need to. I have been able to handle stressful situations better. I don’t overreact. I highly recommend.
