This has been a tremendous help for me mentally.

Overall Experience:

I started with BetterHelp in 2018. I loved my therapist. But unfortunately she had to leave. BetterHelp gave me time to find the best therapist suitable for my problems. I love my current therapist, she has been a godsend.
Pros and Cons:
- Flexibility
- Ability to speak to her and journal at any time
- Customer Service cares about their clients and wants to get us the best treatment possible
- Price - they do credit you when the therapist is available
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
