I was always shy and nervous and I felt like something personally wasn’t right after consistently lashing out at friends and families. I worked with him for about 4 months and became better than the person I was trying to be, he has helped me with more than I could’ve asked for. The best part of this whole experience was that I did it in the comfort of my home, which helped me feel safer since I wasn’t in an unknown environment. I highly recommend everyone gives therapy a try. You’ll be surprised by what you’ll learn about life and yourself.
