Overall Experience:

I’ve been using BetterHelp for 4 weeks now and it has changed a lot of things for me. Working through a very tough page in my journey and having this at my fingertips is a lifesaver, quite honestly!
Pros and Cons:
- How easy it is to get the help I need
- How I don’t have to spend time driving to a place
- How I can message with my therapist in between sessions
- No “cons” were specified in this review
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
