It took me a couple of tries to find a therapist that fit me (4 exactly) and it was definitely worth the wait. I journal in the app and that allows me to get my thoughts out in the moment without having to wait until I can write it down. You have so many different avenues you can take for communication and it is so convenient. So happy I tried this app.
