I have recently begun therapy with BetterHelp. The platform, less traditional to outpatient services, offers re-time services so to speak. Rather than waiting a week or two lapse in-between sessions I was able to journal in-depth and receive insight into my words relatively quickly. I liken it to a wonderful ping-pong match or a smooth game of golf without the excessive waiting for the next communication.
Being able to go back and read or share them was invaluable. I was able to ponder her beautiful words of wisdom and encouragement. This form of practice has been priceless. I'm already talking it up to friends in need.
