Went online due to my schedule for weight loss medication. I went through their system, including the reason for my visit and my location. Both of which were verified when the video appointment started. No problem, a script was sent and lab work ordered. Never got anything about the lab work, so sent a message. What I got was a reply stating my prescription had been canceled. Yep, canceled.
So I called customer service. First was them saying my appointment was with a different doctor than who I actually saw. Get that cleared (hopefully). That is when they are oh, it’s canceled since you live in a state where we can’t prescribe obesity medication by telehealth. I ask why didn’t the system catch that? Oh, it’s not a flag in the system. Well, since you can’t help me, am I getting a refund? Nope.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
