It’s scary sometimes but total worth it

Overall Experience:

I have had a great experience with BetterHelp. I have had to call customer service a couple of times and every time I have called they have always been nice and helpful. I do enjoy using their platform as it is easy and convenient to use. I enjoy being able to have multiple ways to communicate with my therapist.
Pros and Cons:
- Works with my crazy schedule
- I don’t have to go and sit somewhere for an hour, I can talk to my therapist and walk around my house
- Convenient
- No “cons” were specified in this review
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
