BetterHelp is exactly what I needed. Being able to get therapy from the comfort of my own home is awesome. I was able to get matched with a therapist within 24 hours and she's been such a great help. BetterHelp is very affordable and they have financial assistance available for those who need it. I love the fact that I can get the app on all of my devices so I can access it anywhere at any time. I also love that I can message my therapist at any time rather than having to wait until my next session to bring something up.
