I thought it would clean me out and I would be regular. I just started about three weeks ago. I'm not giving up hope that this product will be a life-changer for me. I do have more energy. I would like to lose weight. I've battled with my weight for about 20 years and really need a change. I'm not lazy by any means. There are rough days for me because of pain but I continue to go forward with every day God gives me.
