I came to BetterHelp at a time when I and my partner had hit the burnout wall pretty hard and admitted that depression was a very present thing in our lives.
What's come out of BetterHelp for me in my sessions so far is that it is an amazing piece in the puzzle, it's the piece that lets you see where the other pieces go. Therapy isn't the one thing that will fix a problem, but for me, it's been an affirming thing that I'm on the correct course with the changes I am making and being able to talk through that course with someone who is impartial but warm, understanding, and encouraging had been fantastic.
