In the time I've been using BetterHelp, I can truly say it's been the best help I've found. And most importantly, they care to make it work for you.

For example, if anything doesn't work right, just make a complaint, and they will extend you a free week to make up the session that didn't work.

And there are many payment options.
Pros and Cons:
- Ability to pick a different counselor if I want
- The flexible payment options and the ability to still use the journaling if you have to take a break financially
- The seeming genuine niceness of the customer service
- The app seems pretty hiccupy at times, won't connect, drops call, won't open, just sometimes
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
