Overall Experience:

I think services like BetterHelp are important and can even be crucial. We all go through times when we need urgent counseling and we feel like we can't talk to our close ones. BetterHelp offered me something to lean on. Their service is well organized and offers different tools that can actually help. They helped me find an excellent counselor and I was really looking forward to each session. Features like journals and groupinars were also of a great a help.
Pros and Cons:
- Were able to find counseling in short time with minimum arrangements
- They offer a big range of counselors, and I was matched with one who suits my requirements
- The sessions were in accurate timing and they always cared about finding time slots that also works with my schedule
- They offered different ways of communication to use through a session
- Tools like journaling and groupinars were also useful
- No “cons” were specified in this review
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
