It's obvious that everything is finding its way online, but I'm glad BetterHelp exists. The sessions with therapists could be done through audio calls, video calls, and chats. I typically communicate better through writing, so I actually prefer chatting with my therapist because it helps me sort through problems my own way. The therapists that I have worked with are knowledgeable and kind. And with the way they've interacted with me, I trust they know their stuff.
