This has been my first experience with therapy and I was so nervous about it. I was afraid I would do it wrong or not know what to say. My therapist put me right at ease immediately and has been so helpful already in helping me understand why I do/think the things I do, and ways to grow towards health in those areas.
My therapist is so professional yet is easy to talk to, I’m able to choose a phone call over a video chat because that’s what’s most comfortable to me, and I can message her my thoughts or questions at any time. I’ve already recommended BetterHelp to several people in my life because I have noticed improvements already in how I choose to think and how I interact with others, and I’m so excited for my future progression as well.
