BetterHelp allowed me to find an amazing counselor I really connect with and trust. I came to it extremely scared and mistrustful, so my first couple of attempts failed.
Pros and Cons:
Great flexibility and reliability of communication
Get a counselor pretty much anywhere
The text session is an amazing counseling tool, I love it
The video platform could be better, but it's not designed to be a collaborative work environment like zoom or something, so it gets the job done
