BetterHelp gives me some reassurance, instead of life feeling alone. My counselor isn’t clear in the words I believe I need to hear. However, the words she gives offer me the help or point of view others around me need to hear. Gratitude for her work that is beginning to show in positive improvements to a nearly perilous time in life.
