BetterHelp is the best answer to therapy hands down

Overall Experience:

I have seen many therapists over the past 20 years and have always been frustrated. I felt that I spent a lot of money sifting through counselors who never fit. It just wasn't sustainable and I gave up. However, BetterHelp is uniquely designed to not only allow you to easily find the right therapist but it is ridiculously inexpensive in comparison. Furthermore, you have access to counselors all over the country as opposed to just the city you live in. I can't say enough good about BetterHelp.
Pros and Cons:
- The abundance of counselors and ease of finding the right fit
- The ridiculously reasonable price of therapy sessions
- The community of people that I encountered and became a part of
- Trivial: I wish the video sessions had a way of blurring the background or having a virtual background for privacy
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
