I have been with BetterHelp for over a year now, and it has been nothing but great. I love BetterHelp because the initial assessment will help best pair you with the therapist/counselor that will best suit you and your needs. I thankfully was matched with a counselor who I love and am still working with. I feel like I have am being heard, and all of my concerns and issues are being addressed appropriately.
