I'm so happy I found BetterHelp. As someone who's been in counseling for over 20 years I really love this platform and the care that I'm getting through BetterHelp. I love that you can change counselors if the first or second one or third one isn't a good fit. I have found a very quick response time whenever there was an issue and it always got resolved.
I love that there is an option for those like me who are struggling financially right now to keep up with counseling and these challenging times. No one should have to sacrifice their mental health or their mental health needs because of finances and I like the BetterHelp knows this.
