Overall, once I was matched with my counselor, I have absolutely nothing but positive words about BetterHelp. For the first week or two, I couldn’t find a counselor who was willing to accommodate my scheduling needs. This was frustrating. However, the app was easy and quick with matching me to the next more accommodating counselors. I have been so happy with my current counselor and I have finally started to feel and see the “invisible” weight fall off my shoulders. I would recommend this counseling site/app to anyone who needs to talk to somebody. The trained professional I work with cares about has made me care about my own life again. Thanks BetterHelp.
