After seeking help for depression I feel relieved after just the first session. Michelle put my anxiety at ease immediately. I felt the compassion she has for me and what I'm going through. I felt understood and really heard. She was obviously prepared for our session and moved at a pace I was comfortable with. I'm excited about the help I'll receive and happy that I reached out for it.
