I’m so glad I signed up for BetterHelp! I was a bit reluctant to seek counseling or therapy but I can tell after the first session this is the beginning to a new way of processing stress and overcoming the trauma and pain from past events in my life. It’s such a fulfilling feeling to speak one on one with someone who gives you the space to talk. Vent. Reflect. Thank you! I also LOVE the fact that there are group therapy sessions and the app is so easy to navigate. I love the journaling aspect and the fact that you can share your notes with your therapist directly! Compared to traditional therapy, where you waste time unloading issues verbally that cuts into session time.
