    BetterHelp

Worth it if you have a busy working schedule, but expensive

    • Length of Use: Less than 3 months
    Overall Experience:

BetterHelp does a wonderful job of matching you with a therapist based on an extensive questionnaire. It also gives you the option to change if you don't get along with the one that you're matched with. It's great if you're always on the go and get home late. The cons to it is that it can be a bit on the expensive side. I get billed weekly for my sessions and it's around $300 a month.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Wonderful therapist
    • Wide range of specializations
    • More convenient than traditional office
    • It's really expensive
    • There's not always enough availability
    • You can only book one session at a time
    • The app glitches often
    • You unexpectedly get logged out of your account with the journals and work gets deleted if you don't hit save in time
    • No everyone gets charged the same price

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
